Results of school evaluations and external evaluations show bad mark for solving  problem  from  case  study   in statewide. Very  first  step to  solve  problem  is  to  read the  case  so  understand  the content.  If  students  don’t   know a  meaning   of a  word  from  a  case  study   it  is  impossible  to understand   sentences  furthermore  the  text.   Due  to  students  vocabulary  their  skills  to solve  problem   from  case  study  is  insufficient .
