The result of our research is said that the pupils of secondary in Mongolia have obtained good declarative knowledge. We have been studying the assessment materials and assessment methods of international organization TIMSS and making the assessment of performance using their methods around about 70 pupils who are fifteen years old of ninth grade of secondary. From result of the research, we find that the procedural knowledge of Mongolian pupils is very low level.
