Every person has workloads and job time management without the professional distinction.  The development of time management theory has gone through four stage. The first three emphasized the control and efficiency of use of time. However, the latest stage of time management theory has focused on values and improvements in the quality of life.

  The aim of this chapter is to teacher’s time management and workload.  Data were collected from teachers of Teacher’s school in Mongolia State University of Education
