A talent is discovered in the distinctive action process. Natural abilities are preliminary circumstances for ascertaining and educating sporting. Current period of time with rapid development of sports appropriately makes all teachers of physical education and trainers an accurate selection of children for sporting.

Selection (отбор) - means a complex system of finding out the natural talented children considering results of methodically organized research work and training them for a certain kind of sports using social, psychological, and biomedical methods.

Selection – is a set arrangement of accurate preprocessing for and gets high grade definition of children aimed to train any kind of sports  

Selection- is a long-term research work achieves through various but integrated scales of pedagogic, biomedical, social, psychological and other methods which effectively fit for every single steps of athletes’ future perennial training and competition.
