As a result of study on the prevalence and source of anti-diabetic plants, some types of plants such as Paeonia lactiflora Pall., Taraxacum officinalis Wigg., Vaccinium myrtillus L.,  Vaccinium uliginosum L, Urticadioica L were chosen as raw materials for study. As a result of determination of polyphenol compound by Folin-Denis method, the content of polyphenol compound was as follows: root of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.-5.17%, Taraxacum officinalis Wigg.-4.25%, leaf of Vaccinium myrtillus L-4.72%.,  fruit juice made of Vaccinium uliginosum L-4.14 and Urticadioica L-4.36% respectively.
