The central message we want to raise is the critique of the Western paradigm seriously. Due to the research on the ecological, socio-cultural and economic crises, the United Nations accepted that one world development have been destructed as a result of too much concern of ‘Westernization”. However, UN Conference on the Preservation and Enhancement of the Human Environment in 1972 introduced the idea of Education for Sustainable Development to transform the development. Rio Declaration (1992) determined that the basis of the transformation is to ground on ‘Oriental Philosophy’, traditionally developed by nomads who have been maintaining a harmonious relationship with nature (Jadambaa 2010).
