Abstract:

In a society in which information and communication technology has developed rapidly in the educational system, teachers must renew and improve their teaching technology and methods. It is important to utilize innovative information and communication technology, specifically developing resources. By using electronic resources successfully in teaching, the results become positive in work. Moreover, teachers can use Flash multimedia program to develop electronic resources for teaching. We specifically chose and tested Adobe Flash in teaching Mongolian language in primary education – to develop electronic resources suitable for contents of the subject. In the result, teachers who used Adobe Flash encouraged student creativity through electronic resources.
