Өгүүллийн хураангуй: The purposes of this study was determine effects that during the flight body position influences to height of jump and calculate peak and average power using Jonson & Bahamonde’s formula. We recorded height, calculated peak and average power from three different jumps. The peak and average power of jump increased when performed difficult movement in the air. Obviously, height of that jump didn’t was enough high.
