Өгүүллийн хураангуй: The Khan Khentii Protected Area includes the Bogdkhan Mountain strictly Protected Area, the khan Khentii strictly Protected area, the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park and the Nagalkhaan Natural Reserve that are belonged to the central province of Khentii Strictly Protected area covers an area of 1.2 million hectars and it lies on the most of the areas. From early 20th century, geographical research work had mostly done simultaneously with the research works of Khentii orography and also this research work is still intensify by all direction as a result Khan Khentii Protected Area was founded at the end of 20th century.
