is located in the northern part of Mongolia
and borders with Soyoni
Mountain on the eastern
north. It is the place of natural beauties with more snow-capped high
mountains, deep blue lakes such as named Tsagaan nuur, Shishged, Tengis, vast
river valleys and taiga. It surrounded by high mountain chains that are
blocking the wet winds and an extreme continental climate and distributed many
species of mammals and plants of forest in this place. In case of mammals for the Darkhad wetland
belongs to Taiga, Khubsgul region for sub Siberia.
It is bordered by Ulaan taiga (a national protected land) to the west, the
Khoridol Saridag and Khuvsgul lake (a national protected land) to the east and
Tengis and Shishgid river to the north. In 2010, we were observed five species
of bat such as named Myotis brandti, Myotis petax, Myotis
