Topic basis: This research work was formulated
to fulfil the Comprehensive National Development Strategy, Government Action
Plan, Implementation Program, Government ordinance No.320 of 2009 and No.118 of
2010 as well as Cabinet meeting note No.52 of 2010. Once established, the
industrial complex in Sainshand will introduce advanced processing technology
and industry-leading techniques that will increase the competitiveness of
Mongolian industry and foster the development and integration of industries
that are inter-related in terms of sector activities, techniques and
technology. It will also increase the production of value-added products,
which will help diversify the economy and make a positive impact on the social
and economic development of the country. ‘’In the Constitution of Mongolia which was proclaimed in 1992: We, the people of Mongolia: - And

society in our homeland
Hereby proclaim the Constitution of Mongolia.’’ The
human provide own priority demand to run industry and to create specific
wealth. Object for research: The park will be located between
Oyu Tolgoi, Tsagaan Suwarga, Tavan Tolgoi and the oil fields located in
eastern provinces of Zuunbayan and Tamsag Bulag. It will be positioned on an
