Өгүүллийн хураангуй: The pollen morphology of four species from two genera of family of Ranunculaceae and one species from one genera of Berberidaceae belonging to the Order Ranunculales was studied. Plants were collected during field courses and are deposited in the Herbarium of the Mongolian State University of Education. Studied species are wide distributed in the taiga and forest steppe zones of Mongolia willing to the various conditions like humid and dry. According to pollen morphological records, the species of genera Ranunculus are related to species Berberis sibirica by their pollen outline and aperture. However the pollen size, structure of the exine and sculpture are different on family level between Ranunculaceae and Berberidaceae. The results show that pollen morphological investigation could be important to reveal the phylogenetic relationships between allied families in the Order Ranunculales.
