innovation has accelerated things, and manufacturing and service teacher
education capacity increased further in the new social conditions of our
growth, life, knowledge, skills and practices is now inextricably linked to
teacher development. Therefore, the current teacher evaluation
research methods and approaches to teaching teachers how to develop
continuously developed itself in the workplace is one of the important aspects
of education.
Teacher professional development is
to improve teaching and psychology, pedagogical knowledge and skills, skills,
ideas, relationships, and trends such as custom processes. Teacher’s education
is the human mind needs a teacher because it is a public relations and
environmental change, life and professional identity, age requirements and level
