Abstract

Upgrading and degrading meanings of stories is a way of highlighting statement according to its structure which is accented. In other words, it is consisted of integrated complex of the two that reaches crescendo of events or actions. Climax and anticlimax of lyrical pieces of literature is not separated from not only grammar, but also conjunctions and their forms. We can say the means which are upgrading and degrading meanings this way as standards or basic versions. Upgrading and degrading of time, space, features and events are formed from common categories, their meanings and content connection which compose stories in lyrical pieces of literature. It is observed that they are formed from relationships between subject and acting person.
