Өгүүллийн хураангуй: Tourism industry is global factor which is originated with the regional integrated cooperation. Based on this tourism scale is dealt not only with the neighboring countries but also regions. Mongolian tourism is based on the just one center, regions are too limited to reach competition for market and unable to penetrate directly international market. For this reason Mongolian tourism is impossible to be an economic priority sector. This paper is aimed to show opportunities such as a solution for these issues is to plan cross-bordering international tourism in the borderlands, to create the Eastern Mongolian free zone and to become integral part of the Northeast Asian Economic and Tourism Cooperation.
