We analyzed current status of Tourism Sector in Mongolia and obtained below outcomes. It is better to follow WT and WO strategy for the mid-term planning, whilst SO and ST strategy is more suitable for the long-term planning.

In order to do this assessment we used modern research methodology of constructive modeling with five step matrix of strategic planning.
