implementing cloud computing services, furthermore creating their private cloud
services to solve problems which they are facing in delivering quality
educational services in spite of limited budget. This paper describes a brief introduction to
Cloud Computing, the reasons for the rise of cloud
computing in higher education, its definition and models, examples of cloud
computing in higher education. Further, we discuss a starting point for
MSUE to use Cloud Computing is provided, by proposing an adoption strategy.
