Өгүүллийн хураангуй: Because of the declining birth-rates, the management of universities becomes stricter day by day. In industry, the use of Universal Design for management purposes has shown a clear increase in operating profits, however, in academia this tendency has not been clear. In order to find out if the management of universities is affected by the level of UD in their management, a measure to evaluate the level of UD in management is required, however such measure does not exist. This paper improves the currently available measure for UD level in management of companies in order to confirm the influence of the UD level in the management of universities. The relation between the measurement of the UD level in the national universities and the management index was analyzed. Based on this analysis we can say that there is a strong relation between the level of UD found in the facilities and the external income perceived. Furthermore, a relation between the UD level in management and the profit ratio has been found. It is also found that the improved measure for the UD level in university management can be practical to evaluate to a certain extent the state of management in a university.
