Өгүүллийн хураангуй: Абстракт Practice-research work on “Introducing positive discipline methods into classroom effectively” was carried out for 5 months in February to June, 2010 within the framework of project “Promoting the implementation of the amendments of Law on Education and enhancing school governance in public education” by Save the Children Japan (SCJ). Professional skills, unlimited inspiration to learn new things and capacity to cooperate officially of teachers who participated in the practice-research, of school 114, 60, 39, 23 and 49 inspired our enthusiasm and enraptured us. Energies from teachers’ talks about real changes in relations of teachers and students, friendly atmosphere created in classrooms and warm hearts were felt during each of our meetings and talks. Let these changes with teachers’ heart and efforts are power to enhance skills to communicate with children by love and strengthen mindset by eliminating false understanding “Hitting child is our tradition”. It was pleasure to disseminate humanitarian concept about positive discipline of counterpart psychologist Dr. Joan E. Durrant and we, our Mongolian psychologists, were happy with the opportunity to share our publications and experiences on positive discipline with public school teachers.
